The hip joint is composed of a head (femur) and a socket (pelvis), surrounded by muscles that take care of all the movements of the hip. For example, you can lift forward backward, lift sideways but also rotate in the hip joint. This diversity of movements creates a variety of complaints in the hip joint.

One of the most common complaints of the hip is osteoarthritis (wear and tear). The cartilage of the femoral head and socket is of a lower quality. This causes the joint to become less flexible and pain in the groin to increase. We also see many athletes who have developed hip pain during training.
